Passage Using Different Types of Sentences

On a sunny afternoon, Mia decided to go for a bike ride. She packed a small bag with water

and snacks. When she reached the park, she saw her friend Jake, who was jogging. They

greeted each other happily. Mia rode her bike around the park while Jake continued his run.

After a while, they took a break under a shady tree. "It’s a beautiful day," Mia said, and Jake

nodded in agreement. As they chatted, they made plans to meet again the next weekend.

Although the ride was tiring, Mia felt refreshed. She was glad she had decided to spend the

day outdoors instead of staying home. By the time she got home, she was tired but happy.

She knew that days like these were the ones she would remember fondly.

Breakdown of Sentences in the Passage

Simple Sentences:
