Your teachers left you and the prefects in charge of the school as they went for

Report to the Headmaster: Events During Teacher's Meeting

Date of Report: August 12, 2024

To: Mr. Kwame Adjei, Headmaster

From: Fred Amuzu, Senior Prefect

Subject: Report on School Activities During Teachers' Meeting

I am writing to provide you with a detailed account of the events that transpired at Das

Standard School while you and the other teachers attended the meeting on August 12, 2024.

As instructed, the prefects and I were left in charge of maintaining order and ensuring that

all students continued with their academic and extracurricular activities smoothly in your

absence.

Upon your departure at 10:00 AM, the prefects and I conducted a quick check to ensure that

all classrooms were in session, and that students were engaged in their studies. The majority

of the classes were focused and attentive, with students either working on their assignments

or preparing for upcoming tests. However, a few students in Grade 8 were found to be

chatting and not adhering to the study plan set by their teacher. I promptly addressed this

by reminding them of their responsibilities and the importance of using their time wisely.

The students complied and returned to their work without further issue.

During the mid-morning break at 11:00 AM, we supervised the playground to ensure that

students were playing safely and that no incidents occurred. The break proceeded without

any major issues, and students enjoyed their time on the field and in the common areas.
