Prefects were stationed at various points around the school to monitor activities, and we

managed to prevent any potential disruptions by being present and approachable.

One noteworthy incident occurred during the break. A student from Grade 5, Ama Boateng,

tripped while running and sustained a minor scrape on her knee. The situation was handled

swiftly; one of the prefects escorted her to the infirmary, where the school nurse attended to

her injury. Ama was given first aid and returned to class shortly afterward, feeling much

better.

After the break, the prefects and I made rounds to each classroom to ensure that all students

were settled and continuing with their studies. We found that some students in Grade 9 were

having difficulty with a math problem and had begun discussing it among themselves. To

maintain order and prevent the discussion from becoming too loud, I asked them to continue

their discussion quietly and offered to help them if needed. This helped them stay on task

without disturbing others.

During lunchtime, we ensured that all students lined up orderly in the cafeteria and that

everyone received their meals without any issues. We also monitored the cafeteria to prevent

any food fights or disruptive behavior. The lunchtime period was orderly, and students

behaved respectfully towards each other.

In the afternoon, the prefects supervised the various extracurricular activities. The students

in the music club practiced for their upcoming performance, while the sports teams held

their regular training sessions. All activities were conducted without any disruptions, and

students were enthusiastic and engaged.

Before the end of the school day, we gathered all students in their respective classrooms and

ensured that they tidy up their workspaces before leaving. We also took the opportunity to

remind them of any homework assignments and upcoming tests, as instructed by their

teachers.
