Finally, my school lacks toilets. There is no toilet in the school. Pupils and teachers in the

school visit the toilet in the bushes around the school. These bushes are homes for dangerous

reptiles such as snakes. As a result, snakes bite the pupils. For instance, last week, one of the

Form 1 students was bitten by a snake and died. Again, the odour from the bushes is causing

diseases such as cholera in the school. According to Dome District Hospital, last month, our

school recorded 100 cholera cases and 15 deaths.

The pie chart above shows that the death rate in the school is increasing. This, I am afraid, if

not checked, will be worse in the next year. Parents are withdrawing their children from the

school. This can be solved by providing us with toilets. Please, sir, I would be happy if you

could mobilize more funds for our toilet.

In a nutshell, we have noticed that the problems in the school are inadequate teaching staff,

inadequate classrooms, and a lack of toilets. I hope the remedies suggested will be taken into

consideration.
