Example

After hours of driving along winding roads, through dense forests, and over steep hills, we

finally reached the top of the mountain. The journey had been long and arduous, with every

turn revealing another challenge—a fallen tree blocking the path, a sudden downpour

making the road slick and treacherous. Yet, as we stepped out of the car and looked out over

the vast expanse of land below, a sense of accomplishment washed over us. The difficulties

of the trip seemed to melt away as we took in the breathtaking view, realizing that every

struggle had been worth it. Standing there, with the cool breeze brushing against

our faces and the world spread out before us, it was clear that this was the

destination we had been striving for.

Example 2: Poverty causes teenage pregnancy in Ghana

In many communities across Ghana, families struggle with severe financial hardships,

forcing young girls to abandon their education and seek ways to contribute to their

households. Deprived of the opportunity to stay in school, these girls are left vulnerable,

lacking both the knowledge and the skills necessary to pursue a brighter future. In their

search for financial support, many of them become involved in relationships with older men

who offer money, gifts, or other forms of assistance in exchange for their affection. Over

time, these relationships often lead to unintended pregnancies, further complicating the

lives of these young girls, who are now burdened with the responsibilities of motherhood

while still children themselves. It becomes evident that poverty is a significant

driver of teenage pregnancy in Ghana, perpetuating a cycle of disadvantage that

spans generations.
