question marks, exclamation points, colons, semicolons, hyphens, dashes, apostrophes,

quotation marks, and parentheses) where needed.

My friend Sarah and I went to the park yesterday we had a wonderful time together The

weather was perfect sunny with a gentle breeze as we strolled through the park we saw

children playing on the swings and couples walking their dogs I asked Sarah Did you bring

the picnic basket She smiled and said Of course I did We found a nice spot under a tree and

enjoyed our lunch sandwiches fruit and juice After lunch we decided to play frisbee Suddenly

a dog came running towards us it wanted to join in the fun We threw the frisbee and the dog

chased after it bringing it back to us every time We couldnt stop laughing It was a perfect

day
