Illustrative Example in the Story:

In the story, Kwasi discovers an ancient, broken-down robot in his father’s repair shop.

While everyone else sees it as a pile of junk, Kwasi sees potential. He decides to fix the robot,

believing it could help the town with its heavy lifting and construction work.

Throughout the story, Kwasi faces various challenges—parts that don’t fit, power sources

that don’t work, and even a moment when the robot goes haywire and almost destroys the

shop. Despite these setbacks, Kwasi’s determination keeps him going. He spends sleepless

nights working on the robot, driven by his desire to prove himself.

At one point, Kwasi’s fear of failure overwhelms him when the townspeople express doubts

about his project. Feeling disheartened, he considers giving up. However, a conversation

with his brother Max, who reveals his own struggles with self-doubt, inspires Kwasi to push

forward.

In the end, Kwasi successfully repairs the robot, and it becomes a vital part of the town’s

daily life, helping with construction and heavy tasks. The townspeople, including his family,

are impressed by his achievement, and Leo finally steps out of his brother’s shadow, earning

respect and recognition for his unique talents.

   with your readers on an emotional level. The theme is the underlying message or idea you

   want your writing to express.

6. Use descriptive language: creative writing is all about showing, not telling. Use vivid,

   sensory descriptions to immerse your readers in your world. Metaphors, similes, and

   other literary devices can help you create powerful images and convey deeper meanings.
