inspection, I saw that she had written answers on the inside of her eraser cover, which she

was using to share information with her classmate. I promptly intervened, took away the

eraser, and warned both students involved.

After these incidents, I continued to monitor the class closely, ensuring that no further

cheating occurred. The rest of the examination proceeded without any additional

disruptions.

Once the examination ended, I gathered the confiscated items and immediately reported the

incidents to the class teacher, who advised me to document the occurrences in this report

and submit it to you for further action.

In conclusion, two students, Emmanuel Tetteh and Ama Serwaa, were caught cheating

during the English Language examination in Class 5B. Both students used unauthorised

materials to gain an unfair advantage. I took immediate action to stop the cheating and

ensured that the examination continued smoothly thereafter. I recommend that appropriate

disciplinary measures be taken to address these incidents and prevent future occurrences.
