Subject: Report on the Fight Between Classmates

I am writing to provide a detailed account of the incident involving a physical altercation

between two of my classmates, Kwame Mensah and Kofi Asare, which occurred on August

12, 2024, during the lunch break.

The incident took place at approximately 12:30 PM in the schoolyard near the basketball

court. I was sitting nearby with some other students when I noticed a heated argument

between Kwame and Kofi. Initially, the argument seemed to be about a disagreement over a

basketball game they had just finished playing. Both were accusing each other of unfair play

and making unsportsmanlike comments. The situation escalated quickly as their voices grew

louder, and they began exchanging insults.

Despite the presence of several other students who tried to calm them down, Kwame and

Kofi continued to argue. At one point, Kofi shoved Kwame, who responded by pushing him

back. This led to a physical fight, with both students throwing punches at each other. The

fight lasted for about two minutes before some of our classmates and I intervened to separate

them. We managed to pull them apart and prevent further physical contact.

During the altercation, both Kwame and Kofi sustained minor injuries. Kwame had a small

cut on his lip, and Kofi had a bruise on his cheek. After the fight was stopped, I escorted both

students to the school infirmary, where the nurse treated their injuries.
