The body of debate

The main body of debate must be a speech or talk. But, since the debate’s aim is to persuade,

the use of statistics is important. The points must be presented in a well-coordinated

paragraph. The paragraphing skills would help us a lot. So learn the writing skills well.

Each point explained should be contrasted to the other side of the debate; prove your side of

the debate whereby you keep on negating the other side you are not supporting in the same

paragraph. You can appreciate the facts of your opponent, but make your claim and evidence

outweigh that of your opponent.
