better for us in the long run.

Lastly, discipline prepares us for the future. The habits we form now will stick with us as we

move on in life. Whether it’s in higher education, in the workplace, or in our personal lives,

discipline will always be a valuable skill. Employers and universities look for people who can

stay focused, meet deadlines, and handle responsibility. By practicing discipline now, we’re

building the skills we’ll need to succeed later on.

So, my message today is simple. Discipline isn’t about being strict for the sake of it. It’s about

respecting ourselves, each other, and the opportunities we have here in school. It’s about

making sure we’re all on the path to success and not letting distractions or bad habits hold

us back. Let’s commit to being more disciplined, not just for the sake of following rules but

for our own growth and future.
